Al Gore has won the Nobel Peace Prize. Who said there are no second acts in American lives? This is just the latest step in the greatest political comeback in American history. Go Gore! (Sorry Hillary).The citation reads: "for their [Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and Gore's] efforts to build up and disseminate greater knowledge about man-made climate change, and to lay the foundations for the measures that are needed to counteract such change."
