The better half of fiery, foul-mouthed culinary superstar Gordon Ramsay takes a few moments to peruse the lunchtime menu in our Dublin hotel venue before asking for recommendations. After another quick scan, she settles on a club sandwich with freshly cut chips and sparkling water.
