The National Board of Review officially kicks of this year's award race - naming Clooney's latest, Up in the Air, the best movie of the year. Morgan Freeman and Clooney tied for Best Actor, Carey Mulligan won Best Actress, and Supporting prizes went to Woody Harrelson and Anna Kendrick.
